How Do I Get A Library Card?

Library cards are free of charge to residents of our service area (White Township, Indiana Borough, Shelocta Borough and Armstrong Township). This service area is determined by tax dollar contributions to the library.

Those patrons who reside outside our service area can receive a family membership for an annual fee of $25.00

To obtain a library card, you request one in person with proof of address at the Front Desk of the library.

Accepted as address verification:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Mail postmarked within the last 30 days
  • Current utility bill
  • Imprinted bank check and deposit slip
